This is a permanent position at Your Vets Sheldon, a modern small animal practice with a friendly, collaborative environment. You'll work a 4-day week on a full-time basis with no out-of-hours or sole charge responsibilities, plus an additional day off every 4 weeks for a monthly 3-day weekend. The practice operates a manageable 1:3 Saturday rota and offers a set operating day each week.
You'll be joining a team of 7 vets ranging from new graduates to colleagues with over 20 years of experience. This mix creates a culture rich in collaboration, discussion, and shared learning. The practice is part of a wider group of 5 Your Vets locations, supported by around 30 FTE vets, including several certificate holders, providing excellent scope for progression and case continuity.
