You'll join a progressive, purpose-built practice in Nuneaton as part of a wider group of five practices with 35 FTE vets, including multiple certificate holders. This full-time role offers genuine work-life balance: four days per week (8:00 am to 6:30 pm) plus one Saturday in four (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) with a day off in lieu. Crucially, there is no out-of-hours or Sunday work. The practice has a loyal client base and well-established caseload, giving you continuity of care and the chance to follow cases from start to finish.
The team takes your wellbeing seriously, with a dedicated Mental Health First Aider, a Wellbeing Champion, and a designated rest room within the practice. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians and have the support to develop further interests, whether in specialist areas like cardiology or emergency & critical care.

The Nuneaton location is purpose-built and fully equipped with separate dog and cat wards, a spacious theatre with laparoscopic equipment, dedicated X-ray room, and a dental suite with its own imaging facilities.
