You'll be joining Carmarthen Veterinary Centre and Hospital, a purpose-built, award-winning small animal practice in the heart of West Wales. This is a full-time position with a manageable 1-in-5 weekend rota and no out-of-hours overnight shifts. You'll work a 40-hour week alongside 8 experienced small animal vets and a skilled nursing and support team in a collaborative environment where clinical decision-making is genuinely valued.
The practice is well equipped with modern facilities, including a recently installed CT scanner, and handles a varied caseload encompassing routine procedures, complex orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries, exotics, and wildlife cases. You'll be encouraged to participate in clinical discussions and contribute to shaping clinical standards across the team.
