This is a small animal Veterinary Surgeon position working across Rees, All Creatures and Kirkby Vets in Warrington. The rota is 40 hours a week, with flexibility to work over 4 or 5 days, and part time candidates are encouraged to get in touch.
You will be joining a first opinion team where clinical support is part of the day to day culture. The role sits within a friendly and long established group of three well equipped sites, with separate cat and dog wards and a strong focus on collaborative working.
The clinical team is led by a Head Vet with a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice and a particular surgical interest. That means you can expect exposure to a broad range of procedures in house, supported by kit such as laparoscopy equipment, a flexible endoscope, dental radiography and an orthopaedic fracture repair kit.
Rees, All Creatures and Kirkby Vets are part of CVS and operate as three well equipped practices in the Warrington and Liverpool area. The team is described as friendly and long established, with 10 vets and 11 nurses working together across the sites.
The practices have separate cat and dog wards and a strong surgical offering supported by laparoscopy equipment, a flexible endoscope, dental radiography and orthopaedic fracture repair kit. CVS also notes wider investment in facilities, central support services and established progression routes across the group.
