Severn Edge Veterinary Centre is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to work across its two sites in Craven Arms and Ludlow. This is a permanent role for 34.38 hours per week, with a Monday to Friday shift pattern and a share of the weekend rota.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping to keep the practice organised, welcoming and responsive throughout the day. The role combines client service, administration and practical support, with plenty of variety across calls, appointments, payments, insurance and in-person queries.
The role is based at Severn Edge Veterinary Centre, a CVS Vets-owned practice serving clients from Craven Arms and Ludlow. It is described as a first opinion practice.
