About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Evesham, a growing market town in Worcestershire, offering a refreshing approach to work-life balance. You’ll work a 40-hour week over four days, with Saturday mornings on a manageable 1:4 rota (08:30–13:00). • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proactive approach to learning, open to feedback and development
  • Professionalism, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Benefits

  • Leave & Flexibility: 6.6 weeks annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) plus additional birthday leave. Fixed four-day week with no out-of-hours or bank holiday requirements
  • Professional Development: £1,250 CPD allowance with 40 hours paid CPD leave (pro rata), access to IVC Evidensia Academy, certificate support, Vetlexicon online resource, and research funding opportunities
