Registered Veterinary Nurse

About the Role

You'll be joining Mid Sussex Vets as a full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse, becoming part of a warm, supportive team that genuinely prioritises patient care and team wellbeing. This daytime-only role features a manageable 1-in-6 Saturday morning rota with zero out-of-hours commitments, giving you real work-life balance. You'll undertake a varied mix of clinical nursing, patient care, and client interaction in a collaborative environment where your contribution is valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical nursing support across the practice's small animal caseload
• Provide high-quality patient care and support during consultations and procedures
• Interact professionally with clients and ensure their concerns are addressed
• Contribute to the smooth running of a busy, modern veterinary practice
• Support the team in maintaining excellent standards of care and hygiene

Requirements

• Current RCVS registration as a Registered Veterinary Nurse
• Compassionate approach to patient and client care
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
• Motivation to deliver excellent care consistently
