This is a full-time permanent position based at a 24-hour hospital and branch practice in the Sussex/Surrey region, offering a 4-day working week with a manageable 1:4 weekend rota. You'll split your time across branch and hospital settings, gaining exposure to both primary-care consulting and advanced soft tissue surgery, ECC cover during daytime hours, and diagnostic imaging work.
You'll be joining a multi-vet team with exceptional clinical breadth. The Lead Vet is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with interests in regenerative medicine and a genuine passion for supporting colleagues. The wider team holds interests in dentistry, medicine, imaging, cytology, endoscopy, soft tissue surgery, and dermatology. You'll have access to top-range equipment including CT, MRI, laparoscopic tower, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, premium ultrasound, full in-house lab, and laser therapy.
The location offers excellent connectivity: 20 minutes from Gatwick, great transport links to London (1 hour by train), and easy access to the coast (45 minutes by car).
