  • Contribute to the practice’s commitment to clinical excellence and the IVC Care Framework standards

  • Registered veterinary surgeon with RCVS certification
  • Experience in small animal practice (experience level flexible—the practice actively supports new graduates and experienced vets alike)
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care
  • Ability to work flexibly within agreed part-time hours

Benefits

  • Annual Leave: 6.6 weeks inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata), plus additional holiday for your birthday
  • Professional Development: £1,250 CPD allowance with 40 hours paid CPD leave (pro rata), certificate support, learning via IVC Evidensia Academy, access to Vetlexicon, research funding opportunities, and £1,250 annual Care Fund per vet

  • Pension: Company pension scheme with employer contribution
  • Additional Perks: Cycle to Work scheme, Green Cars Scheme, voluntary benefits, retail discounts/cashback, discounted treatment for your own pets at IVC Evidensia practices
  • Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience (FTE)
