Focus Referrals is a dedicated ophthalmology referral centre based in Banbury, delivering specialist eye care in a newly renovated facility. This full-time RVN role offers a refreshing change of pace from general practice: you'll work daytime hours (8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday) with a 1:5 on-call rota that is referral-only and phone-screened by the duty vet. No routine weekend work or late evenings.
You'll be part of a small, established nursing team of four RVNs, all of whom have transitioned from general practice. The practice values enthusiasm, positivity, empathy and teamwork, with plenty of time built into each day to allow you to work to a high standard. Prior ophthalmology experience is not required; full training will be provided as you join this friendly, supportive team.
