Glenshane Veterinary Clinics is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to support its busy practices in Maghera, Fairhill and Dungiven, with Maghera as the main base. This is a hands-on operational leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside a large clinical team and keeping day-to-day practice running smoothly.
You'll work closely with the Clinical Director, Head Nurse and wider management team, leading the non-clinical team and helping create a positive, efficient and collaborative working environment. The role focuses on operational delivery, people management and compliance, with a clear part to play in supporting performance, quality and service objectives.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days.
