About the Role
Grove Lodge Vets is a busy first-opinion and referral hospital in Worthing, perfectly positioned between the South Downs and the Sussex coast. This full-time RVN role offers flexibility with a choice of working patterns: 4 × 10-hour days with optional Saturday mornings on a 1:10 rota, or a fixed 8am–7pm schedule with a dedicated weekday off. There are no out-of-hours or bank holiday commitments—Vets Now handle evening cover, so you'll have genuine work-life balance.
You'll be part of a team of 20 RVNs, certificate holders, and visiting specialists, working across a fully equipped referral facility with on-site CT, orthopaedics, cardiology, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine.
