This part-time Patient Pathway Nurse role brings together client liaison, patient coordination and hands-on wards nursing at Hamilton Specialist Referrals. You’ll be the main point of contact from admission through to discharge, helping clients feel informed and supported while working closely with clinicians and the Clinical Administration team.
The clinical work is based predominantly within the wards team and covers complex referral cases. The hospital runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and offers advanced treatment options for orthopaedic, neurology, soft tissue and internal medicine cases, alongside dedicated imaging facilities including a 16-slice CT scanner, 1.5 Tesla MRI, fluoroscopy, and separate radiography and ultrasound rooms.
This is a permanent role with a set working pattern of 23 hours per week, covering 07:30 to 19:30 on Monday and Friday. There is no on-call or OOH requirement.
