Hamilton Specialist Referrals is looking for an experienced Senior HDU & Wards Nurse to join their purpose-built referral hospital just outside High Wycombe. This full-time position spans a 4-day working week (07:00 to 20:30) with a 1 in 6 weekend rota. You'll combine hands-on clinical care with operational leadership, providing oversight of the HDU and inpatient wards while supporting the Clinical Team Leader and nurturing a talented nursing team.
