This full-time, permanent Client Care Advisor role places you at the front of the client journey, where you'll help create a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You'll be based at Abington Park Vets and also work across the Moulton practice, with Saturdays included on a rota.
The role is focused on keeping the practice running smoothly, from appointments and enquiries through to payments, cash handling and end of day banking.
