Ready to lead a supportive small animal team with zero OOH and weekends off? This Lead Vet role at a thriving Twickenham practice offers senior clinical responsibility without the on-call grind.
You'll be the most senior veterinary clinician within Twickenham Veterinary Surgery, leading clinical standards, governance, and the delivery of outstanding patient and client care. This is a permanent, daytime-only position (Monday to Friday, no weekends, no OOH, no bank holidays) set in a vibrant suburban location along the scenic River Thames, just 10 miles west of central London.
The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter monitoring, endoscopy, and laser therapy. You'll work collaboratively with a team of 3 full-time and 2 part-time vets, 2 full-time and 2 part-time RVNs, 2 VCAs, 3 receptionists, and 1 practice manager.
