Ready to join a supportive clinical team where your passion for animal care really matters? Victoria Veterinary Practice is looking for a reliable, team-focused individual to help deliver high-quality patient and client care across two modern South Wales sites.
This is a part-time opportunity working 30 hours per week across three daytime shifts (10 hours each, Monday to Friday). You'll be based primarily at the Aberdare site with occasional reception cover at the Dowlais branch as needed. There are no weekends or out-of-hours duties, making this an excellent role for someone seeking a manageable work pattern.
Victoria Veterinary Practice is a community-minded, multi-branch practice serving the South Wales valleys with easy access to Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons. Both sites feature state-of-the-art facilities: Dowlais includes a dedicated in-house lab, dental suite, two theatres, separate dog and cat kennels, prep area, isolation ward, ultrasound with cardiac probe, and digital radiography. Aberdare has digital X-rays, dental suite, separate kennels, and ultrasound.
You'll work under the supervision of the Head Nurse and Senior Receptionist, supporting both clinical teams and reception. This is a great entry point into veterinary care with clear progression pathways into Student Veterinary Nurse roles.
