Ready to lead a thriving small animal practice with real work-life balance? This Glasgow West End role offers strategic leadership, clinical autonomy, and no out-of-hours rota.
1 in 5 weekend rota only; no out-of-hours or on-call commitments
This is a rare leadership opportunity at The Veterinary Centre Glasgow, a well-established small animal practice founded in 1945 and now part of inspiring vet care. You'll combine clinical work with strategic leadership, driving excellence across a friendly, ambitious 17-strong team in one of Glasgow's most vibrant neighbourhoods.
The role is full-time on a 40-hour, 4-day week basis, with a manageable 1-in-5 weekend rota and crucially, no out-of-hours or on-call commitments. This genuine work-life balance is backed by a supportive culture that values both clinical development and personal wellbeing.
The Veterinary Centre Glasgow is a single-site small animal practice established in 1945 and located in Glasgow's vibrant West End. Now part of inspiring vet care (IVC Evidensia), the practice recently underwent significant refurbishment to include a dedicated dental suite with digital and dental radiography.
Facilities include digital radiography, ultrasound, full in-house laboratory, electrocautery, and therapeutic laser for chronic pain management. The team is home to 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 9 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Head Veterinary Nurse, and a Practice Manager, all committed to delivering excellent patient care and supporting professional growth.
