This is a senior operational leadership position at a busy, well-established small animal practice in the beautiful market town of Ashbourne, positioned on the edge of the Peak District. You'll take overall responsibility for the practice's operational, commercial and people performance, working closely with clinical leadership to deliver outstanding patient and client care. This full-time role offers the autonomy to shape strategy, drive meaningful change and lead sustainable growth across all business areas.
Working Monday to Friday across 40 hours per week, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a successful practice with strong foundations and a loyal client base.
Blenheim Veterinary Centre is a spacious, purpose-equipped small animal practice with an experienced multidisciplinary team of 6 Veterinary Surgeons, 9 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 6 Receptionists. The practice serves a diverse and interesting caseload and maintains an established, rewarding partnership with Cats Protection.
Facilities include five consultation rooms, in-house laboratory, operating theatre, separate kennels, cattery, isolation wards, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and ultrasound. The practice benefits from ample parking for clients and colleagues, and is strategically located with excellent transport links to Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Manchester and Birmingham.
