This is a structured graduate training position within PDSA's dedicated 2026 cohort, designed specifically for newly qualified veterinary surgeons. You'll work a standard five-day week with one day each week dedicated to your professional development, giving you protected time to consolidate learning and build confidence.
Based at a PDSA Pet Hospital in Portsmouth, you'll encounter a diverse caseload spanning routine preventive care through to life-saving surgical interventions. Your work directly serves pets whose families might otherwise struggle to access veterinary treatment, combining clinical skill-building with genuine purpose.
