Join Seafield Vets in Banff as Head Veterinary Nurse, leading nursing operations across a dynamic small animal practice with exposure to farm and equine work if desired. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with a manageable 1 in 4 weekend rota and paid OOH shifts. You'll shape nursing culture, drive quality improvement, and mentor a capable team in a practice equipped with full Idexx lab facilities and modern ultrasound technology.
Seafield Vets operates three branches across Keith, Banff and Buckie, each serving a strong small animal client base. The main Keith site handles mixed practice including farm and equine, giving your team breadth of experience and clear career development pathways.
