1:4 Saturday mornings, 8 am to 1 pm, paid as overtime
This is a full-time senior nursing leadership position at Mulberry Vets, a single-site small animal practice on the Essex/Suffolk border. You'll lead the nursing team, set clinical standards, and work alongside experienced colleagues who are genuinely passionate about patient care. The role includes Saturday mornings on a paid rota, but your core hours are structured around 4 shifts of 10 hours per week between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm, giving you a set day off each week.
The practice has been caring for the local community for over 23 years and holds ISFM cat-friendly accreditation while working towards dog stress-free status. You'll have the opportunity to develop your interests through CPD, and there's real emphasis on empowering nurses to work to the full extent of their qualifications.
