You'll join Ardene House Veterinary Hospital, a purpose-built facility on the outskirts of Aberdeen offering small animal, equine, and farm animal services. This full-time, 12-month contract provides a structured working pattern: Monday to Friday shifts between 7:30am and 7:30pm, plus one in five Saturdays (paid as overtime), with no overnight on-call or out-of-hours cover expected. It's an ideal opportunity to develop your nursing skills in a well-resourced environment alongside certificate-holding surgeons and visiting specialists.
The hospital benefits from advanced clinical facilities including a CT scanner, digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and modern theatre suites. You'll work with dedicated kennel nursing support and be part of a team where patient comfort and clinical standards are paramount. The practice also hosts Aberdeen Veterinary Referrals, bringing orthopaedic and internal medicine expertise on site.
