Lockwood Vets in Hednesford is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the practice on a permanent basis. This role is focused on small animal work and offers the chance to help shape the future of the branch following a period of growth across the Lockwood brand.
You’ll be part of a supportive clinical team, working collaboratively to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied caseload. The day-to-day work includes 15 minute consultations, up to 18 appointments per vet per day on average, daily surgical procedures such as neutering and dentistry, dedicated operating time every day, and the opportunity to work up medical cases and emergencies.
The rota is designed with balance in mind. Full-time or part-time working patterns can be discussed, and there are no out-of-hours or on-call responsibilities. Minimal Saturday cover is required.
