Join a freshly refurbished practice in the heart of Plymouth as a Receptionist on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll be the welcoming face of Rosehill Vets, working with a supportive team in a modern clinic equipped with theatre, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and dental facilities.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients at Rosehill Veterinary Clinic, a well-established small animal practice in Plymouth with a loyal client base. This full-time fixed-term position covers 6 months and plays a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. The practice has recently undergone complete refurbishment of both clinical and reception areas, and is equipped with excellent facilities including a dedicated theatre, spacious prep room, digital X-ray, ultrasound suite and modern dental suite.
Working a shift rota across opening hours from 8am to 7pm (up to 40 hours per week), you'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. Saturday rotas run from 9am to 2pm.
