About the Role
You’ll join Oakfield Vets as a permanent Veterinary Surgeon, mainly based at the Castle Bromwich site with occasional cover across the Tamworth and Atherstone branches. The role is suited to a more experienced vet who would be confident covering periods of sole charge.
Your day will be varied, with time spent assisting in surgical procedures and advising clients during consultations. The rota is built around a four-day week, with working hours of 8am to 7pm, a shared Saturday rota, and no out-of-hours requirement. The practice is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays, and appointments include 15 minute consultations plus surgery time each weekday.
