Join a growing small animal practice with two well-equipped sites in Cwmbran, a well-connected town offering easy access to local amenities and excellent transport links. Newport is just 10-15 minutes away, and Cardiff is within easy reach, giving you the flexibility to enjoy city life, coast, or countryside living. This full-time or part-time role comes with genuine flexibility: you'll work up to 40 hours per week on a schedule that suits your lifestyle, with Saturday rotas on a 1-in-5 basis (negotiable) and no out-of-hours requirements whatsoever.
You'll work collaboratively with a close-knit clinical team of experienced vets, dedicated veterinary nurses, and support staff who share a strong commitment to animal welfare and open communication. This is a practice where everyone's voice is valued, and you'll have the space to continue developing your clinical skills while contributing positively to the team's culture.
The practice is exceptionally well equipped to support confident clinical decision-making, featuring comprehensive laboratory equipment, advanced diagnostic tools including ultrasound and Doppler monitoring, a fully equipped dental suite with digital X-ray, and modern in-house facilities throughout.
