No OOH, no weekends, no bank holidays. Join a supportive two-site small animal practice in the South Wales valleys with excellent facilities and a close-knit team that genuinely values work-life balance.
No out-of-hours, no weekends, no bank holidays.
This is a daytime-only role with genuinely zero out-of-hours commitments. You'll work 40 hours per week over four days, 8am to 6pm, giving you real breathing room for life outside the clinic. Based at Victoria Veterinary Practice's Dowlais site, you'll join an established team delivering high-standard patient and client care across a varied and rewarding small animal caseload. The practice operates two well-resourced branches in the South Wales valleys, with easy access to Cardiff and close to the beautiful Brecon Beacons.
You'll work collaboratively on medical and surgical cases, including orthopaedics, sharing knowledge with colleagues and contributing positively to the clinical culture. This is a genuine partnership role where your voice and expertise matter, and where career development is actively supported through mentorship and access to learning resources.
Victoria Veterinary Practice is a community-minded, multi-branch small animal practice with two well-established sites in the South Wales valleys.
