This is a full-time permanent position offering genuine flexibility: choose between 4 or 5-day working patterns with a mix of early and late shifts. The 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota keeps weekends manageable, and there is no out-of-hours work required. Shift swaps are supported when needed, giving you real control over your schedule.
