Join Vine Tree Vets in Ross-on-Wye, a picturesque market town nestled in the Wye Valley. You'll deliver consultations and clinical care across a varied first opinion caseload in a supportive environment where your professional development is prioritised. This is daytime-only work with a manageable 1:4 Saturday morning rota and time off in lieu; no out-of-hours or bank holiday commitments. The practice can tailor the workload to suit your clinical interests, whether that's routine procedures, advanced surgery, or BOAS cases.
You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team of two Veterinary Surgeons, including a Lead Vet, supported by skilled nursing and support staff. The collaborative culture here emphasises case discussion, internal referral, and continuous learning. Monthly peripatetic services in ophthalmology and cardiology broaden case exposure and skill development.
Flexible arrangements are available: work a four-day week (8:30am to 7:00pm), request specific working days, or negotiate shorter shifts. Part-time hours can be tailored to your needs.
