1 in 4 Saturdays from 8am to 2pm (daytime weekend work, not overnight OOH)
This is a completely flexible veterinary surgeon position where you have genuine input into how your role is structured. If variety excites you, you can enjoy a balanced mix of medicine and surgery. If surgery is your passion, the caseload can be tailored to be heavily surgery-focused, allowing you to practice in the way that suits you best.
You'll work as part of a collaborative clinical team delivering high-standard patient and client care across a rewarding caseload. The practice welcomes both full-time and part-time applications, with full-time roles typically 40 hours per week across four days, including one in four Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. Woking is an excellent base, with scenic Surrey Hills nearby, easy access to London Waterloo in 30 minutes, and the south coast under an hour away.
Kingswood Vets is a modern two-site small animal practice based in Woking and Chertsey. In 2018, the main hospital relocated to a purpose-built facility offering excellent clinical spaces including four consultation rooms, two theatres, dental suites, imaging suites, and separate dog and cat wards. The practice serves a well-insured client base and partners with the RSPCA and other organisations to provide rewarding charity work.
