
Lead the financial heartbeat of a five-practice veterinary group. This is your chance to manage debt, inspire a team, and shape business strategy within a supportive Linnaeus environment.
You'll be based at Blacks Vets' Dudley Hospital with regular travel across all five sites. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week over four or five days) sits at the intersection of financial management and team leadership. Your primary focus will be managing practice and client debt, but you'll also own budget planning, data analysis, and the delivery of central strategic projects alongside the Practice Director and senior leadership team.
This is a role for someone who combines commercial drive with genuine empathy. You'll communicate with clients during potentially stressful financial conversations, support your team to hit ambitious KPIs, and work collaboratively with clinicians and reception staff to embed a culture where excellent clinical care and sound financial management go hand in hand.
