Woodward Veterinary Practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Manager to join their friendly, supportive team in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. This is a full-time position working 40 hours over 5 days, with no overnight on-call duties. Saturday rotas are managed on a time-in-lieu basis, with shift times between 7.30am and 8pm.
You'll be the clinical nursing leader for a busy small animal practice, taking responsibility for nursing standards, team development, and patient flow efficiency. Working closely with three Lead Nurses and overseeing a team of 15 nursing staff, you'll balance hands-on clinical duties with strategic nursing management. Your role is pivotal in supporting the practice's clinical standards and growth.
