This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced RVN who is passionate about clinical excellence and ready to shape a growing Medicine service. You'll combine advanced clinical work with mentoring and team development in a fast-paced referral environment just 20 minutes from Edinburgh. The role includes weekends and on-call commitment as part of a permanent, full-time position.
You'll work alongside specialist clinicians across Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Dermatology, Soft Tissue Surgery, Orthopaedics, Neurology, and Anaesthesia. Collaboration with the imaging team means you'll support advanced diagnostics including radiography, fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI across all stages of patient care.
Veterinary Specialists Scotland is a purpose-built, rapidly expanding multi-disciplinary referral centre opened in October 2020, located in Livingston just 20 minutes from Edinburgh, 40 minutes from Glasgow, and 15 minutes from Edinburgh Airport. The modern facility has grown significantly across seven clinical disciplines and offers substantial scope for continued expansion.
