This is a permanent night-shift position at North Downs Specialist Referrals, an internationally recognised referral centre of excellence. You'll work 8pm to 8am on a rotating pattern of 5 nights on, 9 nights off, averaging 30 hours per week. Unlike many night roles, this team focuses exclusively on inpatient care for registered patients, with no emergency cover responsibilities outside the practice's own caseload, creating a calmer, more predictable environment.
You'll join a substantial nursing team of over 60 Registered Veterinary Nurses and work alongside night nurses, nursing assistants, and a veterinary surgeon. The practice is part of Linnaeus and Mars Veterinary Health, giving you access to one of the UK and Europe's largest groups of recognised specialists across surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, oncology, neurology, cardiology, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, and anaesthesia.
