This is a permanent small animal veterinary surgeon position in a fast-paced, high-caseload hospital environment where clinical progression happens through exposure and varied cases. You'll work 4 x 9-hour days with a 1-in-4 weekend rota (Saturdays and Sundays), but with no routine out-of-hours commitment thanks to dedicated twilight and night teams. Your focus remains on progressive daytime clinical work within a structured, supportive setting.
