This is a full-time role working four 10-hour days per week, offering a manageable 1:4 management on-call rota for weekends. You'll lead the day nursing team, providing clinical oversight and compassionate patient care across a genuinely varied caseload including orthopaedics, TPLOs, fracture repairs, complex medical cases, laparoscopic spays, and intensive care work.
The practice is committed to nurturing your clinical interests, whether you're drawn to surgery, anaesthesia, ward management, or intensive care.
