1 in 3 Saturdays, or 1 in 6 full weekends, depending on preference and rota. Regular Friday off.

About the Role

This is a clinical position designed for a vet who wants to develop real expertise in internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, or cardiology. You’ll work four days per week with Fridays off as standard, giving you genuine work-life balance alongside a Saturday rota (either 1 in 3 or 1 in 6 full weekends, depending on your preference). Based in Canonbury, North London, you’ll be joining a well-established practice with a growing, loyal client base and an increasingly complex caseload. The location is excellent: Essex Road station is nearby, with Highbury & Islington and Angel within 10 minutes. This is a team that genuinely prioritises high clinical standards, case continuity, and creating space for clinicians to develop their interests.

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care in consultations and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory and operational compliance
  • Support the development of the wider Medivet clinical community

Requirements

  • Qualified MRCVS with a strong interest in internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, or cardiology
  • Working towards (or holding) a relevant certificate, or equivalent professional experience
  • Confident in medical case management and enjoys clinical problem-solving
