This full-time permanent role includes regular Saturday working (approximately 1 in 3), so flexibility is essential. The role combines client-facing reception duties with behind-the-scenes appointment management, triage support, and collaborative teamwork. You'll use online booking systems daily and interact with clients across phone, in-person visits, and messages, making this ideal if you thrive in a busy, varied setting.
