As Head Nurse, you'll take clinical leadership of the nursing team, driving exceptional patient and client care whilst maintaining the highest regulatory and operational standards. This is a full-time position with weekend and bank holiday working as required by business needs.
You'll lead nurse-led appointments, manage patient monitoring and admissions/discharges, support consults and surgeries, and inspire your nursing colleagues to deliver outstanding care. This is a genuine leadership opportunity in a practice that invests in its people.
