You'll join Medivet Bracknell Easthampstead as Head Veterinary Nurse, leading a close-knit nursing team in a practice recognised for compassionate care and strong client relationships. This is a leadership role focused on clinical excellence: you'll oversee nursing standards, mentor your team, and ensure exceptional patient and client care while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Part of Medivet's hub-and-spoke model, you'll also spend an 8-hour shift at their 24-hour hospital in Wokingham every fourth weekend (alternating Saturdays and Sundays), plus on-call duties.
