This is a hands-on leadership position at Medivet's Calne practice, where you'll guide a welcoming, well-established team and drive clinical excellence across a varied small animal caseload. You'll have the autonomy to develop services, mentor RVNs, and build on the practice's strong community reputation whilst enjoying a manageable 1:3 Saturday morning rota with no on-call commitments or bank holiday cover.
The practice is modern and progressive, equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental facilities, and in-house lab. You'll benefit from support across Medivet's regional network, including access to referral, imaging, and ECC colleagues for complex cases—so you're never working in isolation.
