About the Role
As Marketing Manager at Medivet, you'll lead the planning, creative development, and coordination of integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that build awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. This hybrid role is typically based 2 days per week in Watford, giving you flexibility alongside meaningful collaboration with your in-house team, agency partners, and channel owners.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll own the full campaign lifecycle from planning to asset delivery, ensuring every initiative is insight-led, creatively compelling, and delivered on time and budget. You'll play a critical role in building a high-performing marketing engine that drives consistent, high-quality campaigns across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of creative for brand and performance campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty
- Coordinate channel owners (CRM, Digital Acquisition, Website, Social, PR, Community Marketing) to ensure cohesive, aligned activity across the marketing mix
- Lead the creative approach from briefing and concept development through to final asset delivery
- Manage agencies and approval processes to deliver campaigns on schedule and within budget
- Monitor and report campaign performance across all touchpoints, using data and insight to refine creative and messaging for continuous improvement
- Own the smooth execution of day-to-day marketing activity, including timeline management, purchase order tracking, and coordination of multiple concurrent workstreams
- Support tracking and reporting of campaign performance
- Identify optimisation opportunities by working with channel owners to understand performance
- Contribute to a test-and-learn culture across campaigns and channels
- Share successes with the wider business and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven marketing experience, ideally within a multi-channel in-house role
- Experience managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, OOH, print, CRM, PR)
- Strong creative and strategic skills with attention to detail and delivery
- Excellent project management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
- Confident briefing and managing agencies, budgets, and timelines
- Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and insight
- Understanding of performance marketing
- Collaborative team player who enjoys orchestrating multiple moving parts to deliver results
