Registered Veterinary Nurse

About the Role

Medivet South Wootton is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly, supportive team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a share of Saturday mornings at the Wisbech practice.

You will also be based at the Heacham branch from time to time. The team is described as close-knit, and the practice places value on excellent patient care and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to patients through nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities.
• Support consults, surgeries and procedures while working within regulatory, practice and operational standards.
• Deliver patient monitoring and care, including admissions and discharges.
• Provide exceptional care to clients.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
• Enthusiasm and compassion.
• A team focused approach.
• Clinical Coach qualification would be ideal for supporting the development of the SVN, but it is not essential.
