You'll take clinical ownership of patient care, delivering exceptional treatment across small animal medicine and surgery, supported by modern diagnostic equipment and excellent facilities. The practice operates within Medivet's hub-and-spoke model, giving you access to a nearby 24-hour hospital in Wokingham for complex cases, advanced diagnostics, and specialist teams. You'll spend one weekend in six at the 24-hour hospital and participate in the on-call rota.
You'll play a key role in delivering the practice's "always there" promise, being a trusted presence for clients, patients, and colleagues. The practice actively encourages certificate study and ongoing CPD, providing the right balance of support and development to help you pursue your professional and personal goals with confidence.
