Medivet Bisley is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon who wants clinical autonomy alongside the support to keep progressing. You’ll have your own practice team and client base, while being part of a closely connected group of five local Medivet practices with support from experienced Lead Vets and a Partner across the group.

You’ll have regular 1:1s covering development, caseload, wellbeing and career ambitions, plus access to broader clinical support through the wider Medivet network.

Through the hub-and-spoke model, you’ll also have direct access to the nearby 24-hour hospital in Wokingham for more complex cases and wider clinical experience. The role includes one weekend in six at the hospital, alongside on-call and Bank Holiday rota duties.
