1:4 Saturdays 8 am to 1 pm paid as overtime
This is a full-time senior nursing leadership position at Mulberry Vets, a well-established single-site practice serving the local community for over 23 years. Located on the Essex/Suffolk border, you'll work 40 hours per week across four 10-hour shifts (8:30 am to 6:30 pm) with a guaranteed day off each week, plus Saturday morning cover on a 1:4 rota paid as overtime. The practice is ISFM accredited for cat care and working towards dog stress-free clinic status.
As Head Veterinary Nurse, you'll provide senior clinical and professional leadership for the nursing team, shaping standards, culture and ways of working. You'll have the opportunity to develop your own interests through CPD while mentoring a capable nursing team and working alongside experienced colleagues passionate about exceptional patient care.
