Paxton Veterinary Clinics is recruiting a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team on a full-time basis, though part-time arrangements are also considered. You'll work 40 hours per week across a flexible shift pattern of early, mid, or late starts, plus a 1 in 5 Saturday rota (08:30 to 17:45) with time off in lieu. A four-day week option of four 10-hour shifts can also be discussed.
The practice operates two established clinics either side of Crystal Palace in South London, each offering identical equipment and standards of care. With a nursing team of five, plus full support from the Head Nurse, Practice Manager, and seven veterinary surgeons, you'll never work in isolation. Both sites feature digital radiography, dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, multiparameter monitoring, in-house IDEXX laboratory equipment (haematology, biochemistry, electrolytes, urinalysis), Tonopen, ECG, blood pressure monitors, pulse oximetry, and basic orthopaedic equipment.
