PDSA Dundee is seeking a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a highly collaborative and modern hospital. This is a part-time position working four days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) at 7.5 hours per day, designed to support genuine work-life balance while delivering outstanding care to pets in financial hardship.
You'll play a key role across the hospital, contributing to nurse consultations, inpatient care, medication dispensing, and theatre work including Schedule 3 surgery. Working within a close-knit team, you'll keep pets calm and owners informed, taking pride in high standards of nursing care. Your passion for animal welfare will drive you to champion the charity's mission, suggest improvements, and champion resource efficiency.
The work is fast-paced and rewarding. PDSA Dundee is a modern, well-equipped hospital with separate dog and cat kennelling, in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases, and extensive orthopaedic equipment. You'll have access to a wide pool of knowledge through varied clinical interests across the team.
