Fast-paced out-of-hours site providing emergency care outside standard hours
You'll join PDSA Liverpool Huyton as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, playing a key role across a busy hospital environment. This is a full-time or part-time position (flexible working patterns available) at a fast-paced out-of-hours site that provides vital emergency and routine care to pets in financial hardship.
The work varies daily: nurse consultations, inpatient care, medication dispensing, theatre assistance including Schedule 3 surgery. You'll deliver high standards of nursing care while keeping pets calm and owners informed, working as part of a close-knit, collaborative team. Your passion for animal welfare will drive you to champion PDSA's charitable mission, promote efficient use of resources, and suggest improvements where you can.
